Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to carefully follow the submission guidelines while preparing their manuscripts for ICBioSET 2026. All submissions must present original, high-quality, and unpublished research relevant to the conference themes. Manuscripts that do not comply with the prescribed formatting requirements or ethical standards may be returned for revision or declined without further review.
Paper Format
Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Prepare the manuscript using the official ICBioSET 2026 template (Microsoft Word or LaTeX).
Full papers should generally be 6–10 pages, including figures, tables, and references (unless otherwise specified). Include a title, author details, affiliations, abstract (200–300 words), and 4–6 keywords.
Figures, tables, and equations should be clearly numbered and appropriately cited in the text. References should follow the citation style prescribed in the conference template.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and must not be under consideration by any other conference or journal.
Manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software, and a similarity index below 15% (excluding references and standard exclusions) is strongly recommended
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by subject experts.
Each paper will be evaluated based on originality, scientific quality, technical merit, significance, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes.
Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in accordance with reviewers' comments before final acceptance. The decision of the Scientific and Technical Committee regarding acceptance will be final.
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration and present the paper (either in online or offline mode) for inclusion in the conference programme and eligibility for publication. Papers without a registered presenting author may be withdrawn from the conference proceedings and publication process.
